「Great communication from start to finish. Very professional. Check in was great with Micheal. Apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Location perfect with a wonderful little bakery around the corner to grab a coffee and a pastry to start your morning off. Beds comfortable, bathrooms very good and kitchen has everything you need. Big bonus was having a washing machine midway through a two week trip. 」

Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...

「This was our 7th trip to Lucca and the apartment was perfect for our adult kids my husband and I. It was exactly as shown in photos -clean and comfortable Kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our contact, Stella, was very responsive, met us upon check in and took time to explain the apartment to us. We enjoyed having the outdoor terrace with its roll out sun canopy. Yes, I would recommend this apartment, its location and management to family and friends」

「The host was excellent. Quick to answer any questions. The location was good. But, everywhere in the walled city is a good location. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable (the most important thing!) For us, the apartment was a little depressing. Very little light (actually no windows in the living/dining room) and no view. 」

「The property’s photos are completely accurate. It is a wonderful place in an ideal location. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the serenades in the square below in the early evening was my favorite part of the day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom showers spacious. I’ve visited Lucca many times but this property made it my best visit.」
