「I like that the place is so near/walkable to tourist destinations. Place is clean and spacious. The only down side I have is when there is a poor communication with the property tax and the guy charge me with the whole stay. Good thing they refunded everything that they charge. The person communicated with me via WhatsApp and give me the refund to my card . So just a reminder to clarify with them about the property tax. Over all it’s a nice place to stay. Will recommend!」

「When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone...
