“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa und haben insbesondere die Außenterasse mit dem Pool und dem Whirlpool gerne genutzt. In der Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge nach Spello, Assisi und Perugia machen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war verbesserungsbedürftig, was aber auch daran lag, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.”

“i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have……

“Palazzo Perugia ist genau das was der Name verspricht. Man befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Herrenhaus mit hohen Decken, Steinböden, herrschaftlicher Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Holzfensterläden innen super zum Verdunkeln. Der Garten und der Ausblick lassen einen einfach nur genießen. Der Pool ist riesig und nicht tief, ideal zum drin spielen, er wurde zweimal gesäubert. Die Liegen sind so leicht dass sie problemlos an schattigere Orte getragen werden können. Die……

The villa was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for us to enjoy our time together as well as space to get away for a bit of private time.The situation is perfect, with wonderful views all around. It is a 10 minute drive from supermarkets and the gorgeous town of Todi.We were looked after very well.
