"Natalia and Alberto our hosts were amazing. From the moment we booked all the way through our departure they were so accommodating. The recommendations Natalia provided us was so helpful. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The property was absolutely gorgeous. More amazing than the pictures. There were 6 of us adults staying at the property and we all had plenty of private space and lots of activities to share from cooking to games to swimming in the amazing pool while looking out over the amazing view of the valley and mountains. We enjoyed the walking tour in the hills just behind the house to a small village which Natalia suggested to us. The coffee shop that she suggested there has excellent selection of coffee and pastries as well as variety of grocery needs. Monica was very kind and welcoming as well as the locals who were at the shop. We really enjoyed sharing in conversation with them. The property has so much to offer with the best views and plenty of amenities. Wonderful 500 year old olive trees and stone walls with walking paths. We are eager to return to this incredible property hosted by Natalia. Everything was amazing. Thank you so very much Natalia and Alberto for having us and we look forward to our next booking with you. Truly a number 1 pick for 5 star property."

"Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Hill top location so not ideal for people.without full mobility. Highly recommended for a quiet escape.with a great location for exploring Northern Tuscany."

"The hotel is spotless and the cleaners were polite and kept the room very clean. The food is just ok. The pool is excellent with plenty of loungers and parasols. The location is a bit out of town ( half an hours walk) and at the top of a hill. Some of the staff unfortunately were quite rude, whilst the others however were friendly and helpful .The beer bottles from the bar fridge were warm. The draught beer was flat and half of it was foam. All in all its a good clean hotel with an excellent swimming pool."

"What a surprise. Ignore the reviews. This is not a Marriott, nor should you be after one whilst staying in Italy. What this is is a delightful Italian hotel with incredible staff, Italian styled rooms and an incredible spa. Breakfast also wonderful. Take the train up to old town and you'll have a wonderful evening"
