The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. 「Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con Expedia, non ho soggiornato presso la struttura in oggetto e gli addetti al booking hanno trovato una sistemazione diversa. Nell'Hotel Seven anbbiamo trovato un personale gentilissimo, abbiamo soggiornato in una casetta vecchia ma pulita ma certmaente non con un prezzo paragonabile a Tenuta Nonna Peppa. Ho scoperto dopo 5 ore, dopo aver pagato 155 euro, che la mia camaera era stata prenotata. Quando pensavate di avvisarmi? E l'ho scopeto non perche...

「Proprietaria simpatica e disponibile, appartamento ampio, pulito, fresco e attrezzato. Posizione vicino al porto e alle spiagge e a tutti i servizi. Io e mia moglie siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato」

「Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle. Our host Giorgio was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for our stay and kept in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended property and a wonderful host. Thank you! 」

「Bella vacanza molto rilassante. 」

「Siamo stati in questa struttura in luglio. Casa con ottimo panorama sul mare, buona posizione. È assolutamente consigliata auto, per spesa e visita altre spiagge. Padroni di casa ospitali e gentili. Solo una cosa per cui contasse esclusivamente sul Wi-Fi: il segnale non è in casa ed è debole. Buona cosa la cucina a induzione. Consiglio la struttura anche per periodi più lunghi. Buone vacanze .」

「Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben.」

「Das Apartment war ganz neu und sehr hell und modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer zu Füßen. Dort gibt es auch eine Minibucht mit Sandstrand. Ein größerer Strand mit Liegen und Strandbar ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die ganz großen Strände (u.a. Playa del Flamingo) sind 10-15 Minuten hinter dem Porto gelegen. Trotz Apartment gab es einen überraschenden Hotelservice: Täglicher (!) Zimmerservice, sehr freundliche Dame, die sich nach den...

Là maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire ,l'environnement est calme et paisible ,La ville de moliterno est très belle et la nourriture est excellente. Lucio est disponible tout au long du séjour et extrêmement chaleureux ainsi que sa femme et sa fille. Vous pouvez y'aller les yeux fermés」
