“The apartment is in a good location and very clean.”

“The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.”

“The location of this apartment is very good. Only few steps from Pitti Palace and cafes and shops. Taxis can drive up to very close location. The rooms were clean and convenient. AC is present. The only complaint I have is that the laundry area is unbelievably small and shared with the other apartment. I believe it should be mentioned in the description. This is a big omission IMHO. The other issue was that in four days of our stay the power was cut three or four times. I realize that the……

“The outdoor space was amazing with great views. They advertised laundry but there was no laundry in the unit or on property-we chose this place as our midway point to do laundry and had to walk 10 minutes away to do laundry at a laundry mat.”

“Great property, great host and was responsive to any questions. There was NO AC working in the apartment and the host constantly kept saying it's a centralized system so you cannot control the temperature. Unfortunately, nothing worked and then we had to open the windows which invited lot of mosquitoes. Otherwise no complaints”

The apartment is very old and does not look like the pictures shown in the listing. It is located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. “Check in was difficult. Had to contact Expedia. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevators. The instructions didn’t mention a second stairs path in the building so we took all the luggage to the 5th floor in the wrong apartment. Then had to go down again and up again another 5 floors to the right one. When we finally got to the apartment we were dying for a shower, hot water wasn’t working.
