拉韋納省民宿

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Staying at the Casa Masoli was like being a house guest in a historic building with a fine art collection. Ana and her staff made us most welcome. Highly Recommended」

「Ariana was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! We arrived there at 11pm and discovered my hubby left his passport on the train. She immediately drove him to the train station and police department. The next morning we left very early to go to another city to get an emergency passport. She went so above and beyond to help us. She went to the port to see how late we could check in for our cruise and also found out for us if we could check in from the next city if we couldn’t be back in...

「Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo confortevole hotel. La posizione è eccellente,la pulizia anche e non meno importante anche l'equipe dei ragazzi che sono estremamente simpatici. Abbiamo apprezzato la sonorizzazione delle camere,la vista e la privacy del balcone. Ottima musica soft che accompagna nell'orario dell'aperitivo.」
