“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“This was a scam I paid for 2 weeks and I had to stay one night, the next night I have to find a new place for 13 days. I ask Giovanni for my money back he was very disrespectful over the phone. It is located in the worst area of Ravenna near train station is very dangerous homeless prostitution terrible the whole thing was a nightmare.
