The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. 「Nice and all good person」

「À peine arrivé, on a demandé expressément à notre enfant (8 ans) de ne pas faire de bruits à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner, protégé par une vitrine en verre, ne permet pas de se servir seul, et la serveuse (peu aimable) vous donne un croissant et rien de plus . Nous avons pu obtenir un cappuccino supplémentaire mais pas de jus de pommes pour notre enfant « il n’y en a pas ». Dommage car la villa est jolie. Une étape à ignorer.」

「Unique, quirky, ancient building. Excellent restaurant (not open in August). Comfortable and relaxing. The only improvement one could wish for is a kettle in the room and minimal tea/coffee amenities, but that's not typical of traditional Italian hotels. In any case, the continental buffet is great and included in the rate.」
