“Staff was extremely accomodating. Ilaria helped us plan our trip on the Ferry to Positano and on the train to Pompeii. Our suite overlooked the sea, we were able to keep the door open to the patio and could hear the waves all night. The patio was very spacious. The suite included a kitchen with oven, stove and refrigerator stocked with complimentary drinks. Plenty of space and very clean with daily service. Breakfast was fresh every morning. “Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room.
