"We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The property is in excellent condition with nice decor and period furniture. Our superior room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and furnished and offered a view of the sea and the main square. The breakfast terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. The property location is just perfect - the hotel is literally next to the cathedral on one side and next to the beach on the other. There is a public car park only 5 minute away from the hotel. Breakfast was good but I’d say it could be improved - while we enjoyed that you could order a la carte, we would have appreciated more variety with a buffet and more local specialties. Again, amazing hotel and we definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Amalfi! "

"We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough!
