"This place was great. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Plenty of parking 🅿️ in the property. The chairs facing the beach allowed us to enjoy the tide coming and going. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the bar/restaurant because it wasn’t open for the season yet. Regardless, I would definitely recommend staying. I’m certainly returning."

"Every light and appliance was unplugged when I arrived. At first I thought it was just the bedside lamps that were unplugged, but I opened the fridge and tried to turn on the TV. Those were unplugged too. I initially couldn’t find the outlet. I went to the front desk and the staff member came back to the room with me and he couldn’t find the outlet either. They said they would call maintenance. There was also no TV remote, which I told them about. They told me they would call me when maintenance had responded. I went for a walk for over an hour before coming back to the room. The lamps had not been plugged in, and no remote. At that point I just decided to crawl under the bed and find the outlet myself. I went back to the front desk to tell them that I didn’t need maintenance anymore because I had found the outlet, but I still needed a remote. A second staff member there did finally give me a remote and paired it to the TV. The volume button on the remote didn’t work. I gave up at that point and went to bed."

"I have stayed at the Sandcastle many times over the years. Great staff- very friendly and accommodating. Location is easy access to downtown. That being said, the mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced. I slept with a pillow under me so I wouldn't roll into the pit in the center of the bed. The studio also could have been cleaner. All we could smell was mold and was coughing the whole time. Overall Ptown has gotten so expensive but you hope that you get a comfortable stay for the price you pay. Unfortunately I'm not sure how fast I'll return to this venue again."

"We had such a great experience staying at the Brass Key. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated, and all of the staff were amazing and extremely welcoming. I especially wanted to express my gratitude to Dale, who helped us upgrade our room upon arrival. Dale is a perfect example of someone who truly loves their job and is passionate about going above and beyond in customer service. We will definitely be back!"
