RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH

  • Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.

    Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town.

    The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building. Parking for more than ONE car is NOT guaranteed due to a very limited amount of visitor parking spaces.

    Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.

    Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies and Condo Association Rules and Regulations.

    Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! All the amenities you need for a long weekend. The check in process was very easy and they left us Cape Cod key chains as souvenirs which was very cute and thoughtful! Owners were very easy to get in touch with and helped us when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

What a fabulous stay! Hosts Mars and Paula provided clear and helpful communication, including a list of restaurants and etc. to check out in town; the property is lovely, well-equipped, comfortable, and cozy, in a quiet and convenient location; the beach access is right across the street and provides gorgeous sunset views. Best host I’ve ever experienced. There was an issue with the bed being too soft, and they went and solved it by getting a piece of wood that day for us. The location is perfect with a beach you can walk to. It’s in the forest and protected from the wind. Lots of birds around.

Easter Weekend Getaway

My sister and I come to Provincetown every year for Easter weekend. We stayed at Mars and Paula's condo this year and were very happy. They are great hosts that were more than accommodating to us on our trip even offering a little later check out since no one was coming in right behind us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and offered high end finishes in the kitchen and bath. We would highly recommend a stay here as it is close enough to town yet far enough away to be relaxing!

Best kept secret

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This property is extremely clean, has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook and the hosts are very responsive. We visit every year and usually stay in P town however due to the location of this property (beautifully situated by the water) and how close it is to downtown, as well as the price difference- it makes staying here a no brainer. We will definitely be back!

Quaint, quiet, relaxing Provincetown get away

The owners have created a warm, cozy, comfortable living space with virtually any amenity we required. They are great communicators, very accommodating, and have keep space easy. It’s perfect for beach vacation lodging. We enjoyed being away from busy downtown Provincetown- when we chose, though it was within walking distance.

Nice Cape location

This property was perfect for our family get away week. The place was clean , spacious and well stocked with basic essentials. The owners made checking in/out so easy it was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect for all Cape activities. Martha's Vineyard, whale watching, Bad Martha's Brewery, the Pilgrim Monument, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches, of course. We would stay in this unit again.

Clean and well-appointed unit

We very much enjoyed our week at Bay Colony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and the shower was great. We also liked that it is walking distance to town and across from a little bay beach. It was quiet and ample for the four of us. Thank you.
