Clean, well stocked, modern, and quiet place to stay. It's a 3 story townhome across the street from Smith, and a great gelato shop. Close to BYU and Provo City Center temple. We loved our stay!

Amazing Accommodation!

We were so pleased with this property. All cupboards well marked for contents. Well thought out to provide for guests. Location great across from a grocery store and convenient to the convention we attended.

One of a kind!

What a perfect stay for our family. Enough space for everyone and you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail that was put into this place. Communication and cleanliness was outstanding. Enjoyed playing board games, ping pong and the arcade games. Would definitely stay again!

Great place and great service!

We were formate to find this real gem in downtown Provo. It was right next to a grocery store, and some food restaraunt. We struggled with the lock but our hosts were quick to help in the late evening. I would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding Property

Owners have thought about everything which might be needed! House was super clean and even had some arcade style games ! Location is super convenient to downtown Provo and close to BYU ! Loved the open concept ! I would absolutely recommend this property especially for a family gathering !

Perfect place to stay in Provo

The townhouse is located right across the street from the grocery store and within walking distance of several good restaurants and the Provo temple. It is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only negative was the $1500 damage deposit that was required was not returned to our bank account until 16 days after our last day of our stay. That should have been returned a few days after we left.

Great place for 2 dance families

We were 2 families attending a dance competition at the Utah Valley Convention Center. The house was within walking distance. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space and room for all the dance stuff. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need to make a meal. During the little bit of down time we had, we enjoyed playing the arcade games and board games. The house was very clean and welcoming.

This was a convenient location for a home base to make appointments all over the valley area. Very clean with comfortable beds. Just be prepared to climb stairs as I missed that part when booking and being older it was more than anticipated. Other than that personal note it was a great place to stay.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! It’s the perfect place for our family and it has everything we need. We are very comfortable here and love having a nice kitchen where we can prepare and eat our meals.
