Belle villa, belle vue, calme bien entretenue, en revanche, l accès à l appartement familial est compliqué (escalier en colimaçon étroit et raide, dangereux si vous avez des enfants et compliqué à emprunter si vous avez des douleurs articulaires ou un certain âge… et aucun avertissement dans le descriptif ...
