“Siamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota “negativa” il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, l’hotel……

“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..
Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“Mooie grote schone kamer. Grote schone badkamer. Prima bed. Alles aan wezig op de kamer.
Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden.
Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie.
Lunch Prima verzorgd.
Diner goed verzorgd de 7 keer dat wij er hebben gegeten was er iedere keer een ander temabuffet. Het eten was smaakvol en verzorgd en alles werd snel bijgevuld.
Heel de dag door werd er schoon gemaakt.
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wij hebben het Prima naar ons zin gehad in Kipriotis Maris Suites. ”

“Villaggio con ogni confort, con molte piscine, perfetto per le famiglie, spiaggia confortevole. Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nicolina, responsabile della reserve service per il ristorante greco.

“the resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard.
the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern. A buggy cart service was available on request.The reception staff very helpful and friendly.All service staff worked to keep the experience amazing .

“What an absolute gem of a place to spend some really chilled out time.
Just a beautiful and boutique (so quiet) hotel with incredible staff, high levels of cleanliness, and the most amazing pool.
Good breakfast options in the morning, ask Lucie about the Beetroot Smoothie option, and nothing is too much trouble for all the staff who looked after us marvellously.

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests.
Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”
