「Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.
However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they...

「Okay room but terrible experience.
I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived.
We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details.
But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave!
We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept.
but this is not the worst of what happened.

「El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente.
La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura」
