"Wonderful beachfront home on perfectly quiet road. This home was exactly what we had hoped for. We stayed for a week with our family of 4. Our teens loved having the ocean in their backyard where they fished and snorkeled daily. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. "

"Very clean, well appointed place on Puako Beach Rd. The owners live on site and are very available for any questions and/or issues but are not intrusive in any way to the experience of being in the rental unit. We would stay there again!"

"Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management followed up with us. A plate of fruit was delivered to our room - as we were checking out."

"Fabulous home that suited our family’s needs from aged 3-88. Kitchen was expertly equipped, and we ended up cooking in every night! We used all of the sport courts, and well as the SUPs and bikes. Best of all- the outdoor spaces with pool, patios and a spectacular water front setting. "

"What an amazing location! From the beautiful sun rises over Mauna Kea, the gentle crashing waves you can hear from the bedrooms. This house is perfect. We stayed for a week and the house was perfect for our small family with small children. Puako is a charming community, it feels safe, and the beach across the street has gentle waves for the littles to enjoy."

"I have only amazing things to say about our stay. This was our second time here and if we are lucky enough to come back to the Big Island, my dream would be to stay here again.The bedroom, dining, kitchen, and living areas are very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and maintained. The owners have designed and decorated the house to match the beauty outside.Once the doors and windows are open, all you can see or hear is the ocean and the birds, really paradise. Plenty of chairs for relaxing or reading. We enjoyed some incredible whale watching while there in February/March.Close proximity to gorgeous beaches, restaurants, grocery (including the general store for basics and carryout sandwiches/snacks which is walking distance). Communication with the owners is easy"
