“We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip to the Big Island! The fact that you have a pool within arms distance and access to two private beaches we couldn’t have asked for anything better! We never really had to leave our area - except for shave ice at the Original Big Island Shave Ice, Co! The home was clean, welcoming, and had many amenities in home that made the stay feel as if we were home. Owners were very communicative and provided us details for the stay that were……

“This little cottage was great for a couple - wonderful back yard with great lounges and a perfect place to relax, enjoy the ocean, and watch whales. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few kitchen supplies like oil or seasonings and maybe foil or wrap. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again!”

“This home was absolutely idea for our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren). Plenty of room for each family unit to have their own space. The kids (and adults) spent a lot of time in the infinity pool. The home was very well equipped and had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional. The sunsets from the lanai were amazing! The beach was ideal for boogie boarding and Hapuna beach was a short 5 minute drive as well. Peter was one of the best hosts we have……

“Beautiful layout, comfortable, space to spread out, lanai facing the sunset was perfect, close to my favorite beaches, KTA right around the corner, comunal pool clean and not crowded, interesting history of the house (sad it is so croweded now), cool at night...we are from Alaska so we were never overheated, and many more positives. The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local……

“Waikoloa has always been my favorite place on the Big Island. The home is spacious and perfectly situated near the Kings and Queens plazas. The walking exercise is just the right amount to justify eating the delectable treats available. It's a very private and peaceful home with an amazing view of the night stars for gazing. In short, loved it.”

“Our family of 10 had a fantastic time at this property! It was more than adequate for all of our needs. There were tons of towels and beach toys for all the kids. We enjoyed the beach pass and had a great time snorkeling there. The pool across the street was so convenient and my younger kids loved it. The outdoor furniture is a bit tired and one of the chairs was falling apart, but the outdoor space is absolutely lovely in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. We had a small issue with one of……
