"The hotel itself was well kept, tidy and in a “quiet” part of town. The revolving top floor buffet breakfast was fantastic. All the weird and wonderful Asian delicacies as well as every western staple you could want all with a spectacular revolving 360 degree view of Shanghai. The inside pool was everything that was required as had the gym.
The rooms were clean, tidy, well stocked but albeit a bit dated. It was very quiet and had blackout curtains. The WiFi worked well. The hotel had a couple of floors of restaurants as well as an adjoined supermarket.
The surrounding area felt very safe and there were at least 3 metro stops within 5 mins walk. There were a number of restaurants and shops in the area both family run and a couple of chains.
We would recommend Novotel Shanghai Atlantis as a great place to stay whilst in Shanghai and we will certainly look to stay there next time we visit Shanghai."
