「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」

「We visited Palma de Mallorca on a family trip and stayed at Nakar Hotel for three nights. This is a really nice and clean hotel. It is right in the perimeter of the city centre, walking distance to patas in the city centre, the cathedral and seafront. Well managed with swimming pool (though a bit small) on rooftop, restaurant on 8/F, another swimming pool, a spa and sauna at basement level. Staff are polite, food are good. Worth the pennies. 「Unfortunately, this hotel was missing many of the fine details you would expect from a five star property. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little...

Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
