Eveything was wrong. From the hallway ceiling the laundry equipment was dirty here is a leak innthe ceiling, no wifi, no tv was connected to cable no pool, they did not serve breakfast. And the room smell was terrible. I am not going back inbthat hotel. The only good was the staff.

Hotel was advertised as a full service Hampton Inn. Upon arrival I was informed that the pool and hot tub were out, there was no hot breakfast, and no internet. The excuse was that it was the holidays. I was offered the option of cancelling and trying to get a refund myself, or taking the room. The only thing I was offered was $25 off of my dog deposit. The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled of mold. I expected more from Expedia and Hilton.

This place is run down, no pool spa or WiFi. No breakfast. The room had two broken lamps the tv didn’t work and the bed sheets had stains on them. Sadly it could be a good hotel if they would put some effort into it.

First room was dirty and the ac didn’t work had to approach the desk three times before they offered me an extra blanket or to change rooms. Not sure why that wasn’t the first option. The front desk attendant did not know what was going on and never answered the phone . Will not be staying here again nor do I recommend anyone else does . This hotel being backed by Hilton was a disappointment and Hilton should definitely monitor what hotels they are backing

Had to switch to three different rooms, the first to rooms we were given were never cleaned, beds were unmade and dirty towels and trash were in rooms. Elevators, fire alarms and laundry machines not working. Hallways and common areas need vacuumed. You are better off getting a tent at the WalMart down the street.

I called the hotel directly the day before to book a room. The gentleman said they had no rooms as they were all dirty. I asked him "will they not be clean by tomorrow when we check in" and he said well there are no rooms as there is a sport function going on. So, at this point I went to Hotels.com and was able to book a room for the next day with no problems. Upon check in we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to assist us. I noticed a sign on the counter stating that the fire alarms were not working but they had someone patrolling the area. I never saw anyone patrolling, nor did I see any sign that there was a sport function going on. The parking lot was never full the night/day we stayed. Went to our room and there were no washcloths, no shampoo or body wash in the shower, only a bottle of conditioner. Went to the front desk and rang the bell for assistance and was given washcloths and towels.

We don't have the opportunity to travel much. I have photo proof. Fire alarms out of order. Under fire watch. Never observed the watch rounds. No hot food at breakfast. Laundry machines out of order. Extremely disappointed. Had asked for towels and bathroom towels and amenities. They gave extra pillows once I said 2nd guest is a disabled vet.
