“There were many simplicities in this stay. The booking, check-in, communication with the host, and check-out were easily managed. The host had everything ready for us and allowed us to check in early, if we arrived early. The condo was clean and organized. The host responded within minutes while we were in the condo. Lastly, the location was quiet and we had a comfortable night's stay.”

“Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!”

“We enjoyed our 10 night stay in you're lovely house. It was great for our needs. The main floor was a nice size with the LR, DR, open kitchen, half bath, laundry nook and patio door to nice sized fenced in back yard. The basement housed a bedroom, LR, and bathroom. “At 4am someone was pounding on the door down the hallway yelling. They said they called the police but this went on for about an hour. The room was ok but not fully cleaned as there was food stuff under the bed and the sink counter needed cleaning when I arrived. The bed and rest of the bath was cleaned and everything worked. The tv,no running faucets or toilet, AC/heater not noisy.”
