"The property was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were outwardly polite but definitely had superiority complexes. The woman who was manning the restaurant however, was delightful! She was very friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom is a death trap. The floors are slick marble and there are no grab bars to hang onto. My elderly mother had a very hard time just walking the couple of steps from inside the shower to the vanity. The shuttle to the airport was definitely appreciated and the driver and door staff were very kind and helpful."
