"Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable overall. The mattresses could use an update though, as they were a little hard on the back. The staff were amazing, especially David and Miguel, who were there when we checked in and were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The airport shuttle is also a huge plus and worked perfectly. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it."

"The check-in was probably the smoothest I've ever had. Room was clean and comfortable, restaurants and shops in the area, and right across a driveway from Chamartin Station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was very small however clean, good for one person. The “free” shuttle was not running as frequently, I saw almost everyone including myself had to uber to the airport. No bottle water in the room…one of my biggest pet peeves with hotels. They had a small snack bar, pizza, pasta ect. It wasn’t terrible. Overall not a bad experience"

"Excelente hotel si tienes que pasar un día en España para seguir hacia otro país. Este hotel tiene transportación al aeropuerto y un buen restaurante . Queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Es la segunda vez que paso una noche en este hotel. Lo recomiendo."
