Design flaw with the bathroom having transparent glass doors which seemed very odd. Inappropriate for families with children. Resort was unable to handle the volume of visitors during the Christmas vacation.

Rooms were clean. Amenities and food were good. We particularly enjoyed the food at the Japanese Grill and the Steakhouse. The only major drawback is the noise in the hotel at night. There is some event that takes place in the hotel lobby every day and it gets very noisy until late in the night.

Each moment of this place was very unique and loved it! It was such a clean place. Restaurants were pretty good. loved the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet. I had a side balcony with ocean view but was able to see the view clearly. Overall, I really loved it and definitely going back for my next visit in Cancun.
