Clean large bright nice rooms and bathrooms with hot water. Basic breakfast is excellent. Clean towels and rooms are cleaned everyday with new fresh towels. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 5 min walk from the main pier and downtown restaurant. Good value for price and location.

The rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi was a very nice surprise for us, the weather was a bit cold so we had a very good time there. It has a very convenient location you can walk to many places. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind.

Helpful Staff and Great Location

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was in a safe and quiet location. The pool was cold but nice and the pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

The rooms are small would be my less favorite thing, no hairdryer in room but you can get it at front desk. It was clean, friendly staff. Close to food and shopping. Property could use a little bit of maintenance but for a short stay a good choice.

Excellent option for a family with rooms conditioned to host kids and parents together. The garden, pool, and breakfast were the highlights of the hotel. The WiFi can be improved but this hotel is a great option for all travelers.

Just terrific!! So glad we chose Hotel Fiesta for its amenities, service, landscaping and poolside beauty and all with a relaxed vibe! This was one of my favorite places we have ever stayed. They were incredibly kind to our family and made special vegetarian and vegan options every morning for breakfast. The hotel and hot tub are absolutely incredible, the bungalow was perfect for our family, and we will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to return.

Fantastic stay in Puerto Ayora

Very convenient stay with walking distance to "everything". Great hospitality & kind staff! We especially enjoyed the pool area with the jacuzzi to relax after our day trips. Highly recommended!

Beautiful relaxing hotel

Beautiful hotel with very short walk to the center of town. Very courteous and helpful staff. Relaxing pool. Great full breakfast every morning - they will pack you a breakfast bag if you need to leave before 7 am. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful oasis to spend our time on Santa Cruz! It was a great location. The grounds were beautiful and we had a wonderful breakfast every morning to start our day. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Fiesta!
