5/5 - Excellent
I would recommend The Rock for lunch or cocktails and the Galapagos Deli for breakfast - their freshly baked bread is delicious. The Charles Darwin research centre is obviously worth a visit and is free!

The reception staff and general staff were amazing. Very helpful whenever we needed help etc.

Nice hotel and room with friendly staff. location out of town so $2 taxi each time. Not a deal breaker by any means for the quality and price.

Stayed here again for a day before catching a flight. No frills accommodation but with all the essentials needed for a very comfortable stay. Captain Max helped with late checkout without asking any questions. Great place! Great location!

Really a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfrotable. The owners are super nice and helpful and can help you book tours as well if you had anything last minute or have questions on how tours and transporation on the island work

We loved our stay at Galapagos and beyond. Javier and Veronica were outstanding host. Loved early morning breakfast and best part is it's location. You can walk to pier, darwin research center and host will arrange taxis as needed. Will definately stay here again.

着いて早々にダブルブッキングがわかった。これは施設というよりも、貴社のシステムの問題。前回も宿泊名簿に名前がなかったこともあり、強く改善をもとめる。

Puerto Ayora is a friendly place to relax, find many excellent restaurants and bars.
We were a little disappointed with Puerto Ayora it is more commercialised that we thought. However we had a great time. Highlights - tortoises in Highlands, Seymour Norte and Las Grietas - oh and the street food at night.
