“I booked a Queen bed and I was given a room with 2 twin beds, and there was a giant cockroach in the room, the room has empty shampoo dispenser and even I already paid, it’s past check in and I still waited for the room key and I also waited for the towel. My first 4 reservations in the past were 5 stars and my last experience was a horrible disappointment! I hope the hosts value consistency of quality not alllow deterioration.”

“Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away.
Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing.”

“I had an absolutely terrifying stay here. First of all, half of the hotel is a construction site with all sorts of materials thrown about. But the real problem is the hotel owner. A friend who was staying g at a separate hotel came over and stayed past midnight. The next day I woke to the owner pounding on my door- it sounded like someone was trying to know the door down. I opened it and he told me I had to pay for another night because I brought a man there. When I tried to ask where does it……

No estaba segura si mi reservación incluía desayuno……
