Very bright & clean!

We stayed here just for one night to accommodate an early flight and while the pictures online were beautiful I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was happy to find that it was just as described. The hotel is quite beautiful, super clean, and the service was very good. We really enjoyed the pool & the restaurant too.

The hotel is nice, now when it comes to the people working in the reception area the worst. They don’t let you have visitors. I was supposed to stay there until Monday and I left on a Sunday, I asked them to give me a paper saying that I was living a day early and they didn’t provided me with anything. Now I’m waiting for my money back. Called Expedia and never answered the phone.

Conveniently located (near the city) 5 - 10 mins drive to the port of Santo Tomas de Castilla. Very clean. Kind employees following COVID-19 precautions. Comfortable bed. Shower and drain had leak problems Excellent arrachera and breakfast. Manager little rigid with check out time. Little noisy when other guest transit corridors.
