This was a clean and modern hotel. Unlike other hostel, at least you won't find mosquito and fly inside your room. The hotel is high enough to have a stunning view from the roof.

A no-frills hotel that is reasonably priced and facilitates exploration of the near-by natural wonders. US $138/night, including taxes, fees. Good lookout from rooftop pool/bar of where three countries meet and the rivers feed dense vegetation. Good variety in breakfast buffet, which begins at 06:00. US $25/person/day. Great for people heading out early to explore the national park. Less packed after 07:00. Amenities are basic. Towels are thin and vary in color. Mediocre soap and shampoo. Small fridge. Lock-box. Staff are generally helpful. Location is close to city center. But you must walk past an area where sketchy folks sometimes linger. Hiring a guide with a vehicle is highly advised to access and explore either side of the park. Brazil requires an ETA (for Aussies, Brits and US-Americans) and that you walk into the office to present your credentials—coming and going. We saw both sides in one marathon day! Overpoweringly magnificent!

The hotel was clean. The rooms comfortable. Easy to get to the falls from the nearby bus terminal. Breafast is fine and the area is ok. Pool bar staff (or to be fair one pool bar staff was very rude). Rest of staff very pleasant. Rooms cleaned well every day. Good staff. An unfortunate incident at the end which marred our stay.

The hotel has a great location to the center of town. The pool on the roof is nice to have an evening cocktail or to lounge around. Remember it gets hot here so by early afternoon one has to hunker down in either AC or by a pool. Breakfast can be a bit crowded but it was good.

What an amazing roof top view, we booked this hotel as it in centre, not far from the bus station and saw pictures of the pool and bar on the roof, I did not disappoint amazing to sit at the roof side bar is the view at sunset

Llegamos a las 14 h. y nos dijeron que aún era pronto para hacer el check-in que era a las 15 h., así que volvimos a esa hora, nos dieron una habitación vieja, pequeña, con una ventana pequeña y de camas separadas, cuando habíamos solicitado meses antes al hacer la reserva cama doble, bajamos a decir que si nos podían dar una de cama doble y nos dijeron que no había disponibles, "NO para una noche", esa fue la respuesta de la chica que nos atendió, nos disgustó bastante la respuesta, no son modos. Se nota que esa habitación la deben tener como de "reserva", ya que no le funcionaba ni la cisterna del WC, nos quejamos de que no funcionaba la cisterna y nos cambiaron de habitación a una con cama doble y más grande. Nos sentimos mal, porque ellos sabían que la cisterna no funcionaba, estaba medio desmontada, y aún así nos dieron esa habitación. Perdimos mucho tiempo entre quejas, cambios y esperas, todo ésto habiendo hecho el día anterior el check-in online que ellos facilitan para agilizar el check-in, además ya teníamos pre-asignado un número de habitación el día anterior y con cama doble, cosa que no sirvió para nada. Teniendo en cuenta que además somos socios de NH. Nunca nos hemos encontrado nada igual. Clientes siempre son de una noche o de 5 !!!, eso tiene que ser igual para todos. El chico de recepción que nos atendió con el cambio de habitación (Alejandro) fue amable y se disculpó por lo ocurrido. Espero que a NH les sirva para tratar mejor a sus clientes.
