OUR CONDO IS AN OCEAN FRONT UNIT, Coronado 1406 (building closest to the beach), It is on the 14th floor, right below the penthouses. Coronado has the easiest access to the beach and pools of all the buildings. 2000 sq feet total, including the 400 sq ' deck.
Las Palomas is following Federal and local guidelines and recommendations relating to cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure the safety and health of our guests. This includes lobbies, restaurants, common areas and individual units. Social distancing and protective equipment for the resort employee who interact with customers will be required, as well as cleaning and disinfecting protocols and cleaning the high traffic areas and surfaces of the public areas. The frequency of cleaning rental units during a guest stay may be altered based upon guest requirements.

OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. It is a total of 2,000 sq'. (400 of it is the patio!) Both bedrooms provide King beds for your comfort! This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.

Four flat screen smart TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high speed internet. You can log into your movie services (ex. Netflix) if available in Mexico.

Sleeps six comfortably, with two King sized beds, two bunk beds and a couch that folds down to a single sleeping area. This condo has two master suites, each with king size beds; wall mounted smart flat screen TVs, and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great sleeping room. The kitchen has updated SS appliances.

One of the very closest condos to the beach. Fantastic views from the huge great room and MBR¸ and the view from the kitchen is all water. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer/dryer, detergent and a utility sink. Another special feature is the hammock on the balcony to swing your day away.

GOLFERS - For the golfer, The Las Palomas Golf Resort boasts an 18-hole championship Links golf course, golf range and practice area, right next to the resort on sandy beach. You can walk or drive over in minutes.

You, and only you, will be in control of the key to this closet at all times.
