One of the best places in Rocky Point to relax! around 8 minutes from malecon and famous Sandy Beach area, restaurants and attractions. Beautiful resort with pools, gym and volleyball court.

From first class furnishings to fully stocked amenities and other unique details that will make your stay a comfortable retreat. It has all the comforts of home, a family space complete with living area with a 50″ smart tv & sound-bar

The Space:
This cozy condominium is perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for easy access and gated parking with security 24/7.

Make yourself at home as we’ve provided it all. You’ve got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy, spacious closet, and access to the well furnished balcony. The second bedroom has two comfy twin size beds with, nightstand, spacious closet, and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table set to seat 4 people with beautiful views to enjoy meals.

The kitchen area has modern cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans.

Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50″ smart tv to enjoy Netflix streaming with amazing views.

The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels, and laundry room.

Weekend getaway

Property is pretty far from the Sandy Beach is and town, it is three streets back from the beach and you would have to drive to the beach. All of the water spigots in the showers are backwards and this caused some confusion initially
