Well appointed one bedroom condominium with charming, upscale furnishings, and an exquisite view of the Resort and beach below.Cortez 1605 Las Palomas Resort is known as the premier Rocky Point destination, with amenities like on-site restaurants, pristine swimming polls, a lazy river, aqua bar, all with a great beach destination atmosphere.

The main living area has a sofa, easy chair, and a leather recline chair as well. There is a raised cafe table for four diners, a desk area, along with a well appointed kitchen with attached utility room offering a washer and dryer. The bedroom and its attached bathroom has a king sized bed, double sink mirrored vanity, and a glass enclosed shower.

Loved the view! It was also a very quiet part of the property which I loved!

The condo was well equipped, two types of coffee makers, toaster, electric can opener, separate Ice maker so you can use bottled water to make ice, two door fridg., dishwasher and microwave. filtered water and all the standard utensils. The king size bed is very comfortable and good pillows. Two big TV with all the necessary channels you would ever need. Great views from the 16th floor and a nice outdoor patio with seating for four. Only item that needs some attention, are the bathroom doors that need adjusting. Not too much water pressure but ok. Overall, very nice and very happy with our choice!! Five stars except for bathroom doors sticking.
