The second master has a queen bed, private bath, ocean views, and patio access. The third bedroom offers a king bed, ocean view, and a private sink. The fourth bedroom is kid-friendly with a twin-over-full bunk bed, ocean views, patio access, and a private sink.

The fifth bedroom is a private guesthouse (casita) with a separate entrance, offering a king bed, sitting area, and its own kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, plus a private bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
