"Clean room, immaculately clean property, amazing food, service, restaurants, and amenities. Swim up bar and beach grill—excellent service from every staff member, especially Juan at check-in and the bellman Juan. I would recommend to anyone seeking a 5 star experience. "

"The property is in desperate need of repair. We were messaged regarding the upstairs patio stairs being " missing " shortly before we checked in. The obvious hole in the patio roof and exposed concrete/ rebar was quite interesting.The individual ac units ( 1 per bedroom and 1 in main living room) all leaked and/ or made atrocious sounds. The ceiling has obvious water damage throughout the entire home. The beachfront patio ceiling is rotted away completely and has missing light/ fans with exposed wires exposed. The patio chair was broken, blender broken, and shower heads so corroded that only a trickle of water escaped. The price point for a 3 bedroom beachfront home was only 145 so our expectations were low however this home needs to be taken off of rental listing and repaired."

"We had a late check in around 1:00 pm. The young man at the front desk was helpful and patient. The parking lot was secure in front of the office. The room was clean."

"This hotel is a find and a gem. The owners and their staff are gracious, attentive, and efficient. Our bed was very confortable. Our bathroom was spacious, clean, and beautiful with tile-covered walls and floor. The view of the Sea of Cortez and of sunsets was a delight. We enjoyed the full breakfast served to order. This hotel deserves its large number of "excellent" reviews. We highly recommend Hospedaje Mulege and plan to return soon. "

"The unit and its amenities are excellent—clean, modern, and well maintained. The condominium staff are friendly and accommodating, and the parking area is spacious. It works particularly well for large groups, whether traveling for business or with family. That said, the surrounding area is still under development, which can make it feel somewhat isolated and, at times, a bit insecure. However, once inside the condominium complex, the environment feels safe and comfortable. One important detail to note: the check-in process requires signing an additional contract outside of the Hotels.com platform. Travelers should be aware that access to the unit will be denied if this document is not completed, submitted, and confirmed by the owner or property management in advance. This is especially critical for those arriving after business hours, as there may be no on-site assistance or concierge service available to resolve entry issues. To avoid any inconvenience, be sure to complete this requirement well before your arrival."

"We loved this resort but the restaurant staff is very rude, they won’t allow you to pay in dollars if you use a card. Also the pool was closed and don’t let me talk about the beach because it was like one mile away from the resort."
