「Our party of 3 stayed for 4 weeks. Raymonde was very prompt with replies to any inquiries and questions we had.The unit was on the ground floor with a large deck over looking the ocean. It was lovely to sit out there in the shade with the ocean breeze. The breeze kept the place cool enough during the day however when the bugs came out at night, it was time to move inside and close the doors. 「At first we were impressed with the grounds and the buildings but as soon as we entered we noticed that every surface, cupboards, mirrors, etc did not look like they were cleaned for weeks.  There were drips, runs and splashes everywhere.We complained and were told that there were no complaints from the people that were just here.  The owner then sent the cleaner to our room to clean it on our vacation time. I checked out after one day because the hotel was horrible. I was out of over $700.00. And then additional money because I had to find somewhere to stay for the rest of my trip.
