“We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. It’s centrally located in the little town. We had issues with the heating, which wasn’t working and we received an electric heater straightaway. Just one suggestion: there……

“Seemed like there were not enough staff to cater for the number of guests - considering its still May that may explain why this is. Everything was good, just very long queues at all the bars. In previous years this has been managed from all sides of the bar but this time round it was single file in both the pool and lobby bar. This put off some guests at times Will return again!”

“This was a perfect stay for a conference at the Palacio. It was clean and pretty quiet actually for being near the plaza. I arrived after midnight but had communicated with the staff prior and they were so helpful so I could self-checkin after hours. Thank you!”

“Había un perro ladrando por la noche en el jardín o alrededor del hotel. La habitación muy escasa de contenido y apenas dispone de interruptores para cargar. El personal super servicial en todo momento. Super céntrico. Muy buena ubicación.”

“Staff& amenities were great but clients were unfortunately very noisy until midnight and later, also early in the morning. We changed rooms but still noisy and sleep disturbing. Food very nice thank you”

“It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help. Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if……

“The property is beautiful, historic, and in the most amazing location perched on the edge of cliffs with stunning views all round. Breathtaking. Our room was really spacious and comfortable, with large separate bathroom. We overlooked the square which was quiet once the loud bells stopped for the night!! Very lovely place to stay, although we parked outside the old part in the recommended car park, and had to get a cab in which was a bit of a hassle. However, driving up to the hotel is not……
