“No había calefacción, hacía un frío insoportable y muchísima humedad, la única solución que nos dieron la noche antes de irnos fue un pequeño calefactor, que era más un calienta manos, fatal, pasamos mucho frío, después continuábamos nuestro viaje varios días que los he tenido que disfrutar resfriada por culpa del frío de esta habitación, muy desagradable la verdad y no había ningún dueño que diera la cara. Quiero poner una reclamación. ”

“La estadía estuvo muy bien, la habitación impecable y el desayuno era muy completo, pero lo mejor fue la terraza con unos atardeceres INCREÍBLES!! Súper conformes aunque no utilizamos las instalaciones porque el clima aún estaba muy frío. Volveríamos sin dudarlo durante el verano!”

“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use.
