We would like to thank Expedia concierge Terence Leslie for his excellent service during our stay. He kept in touch with us on the very first day and until the day we checked out. Each day he would checked in (via WhatsApp) to enquire and address any concerns.
The only issue we had during our stay was our room temperature stayed at a fixed temperature, nice and comfortable during the day but very cold overnight. The second night we had extra blankets and even that was still too cold. The third night we turned the AC off when it got too cold, turned back on after the room had warmed up.
Finally, they got it fixed on the 6th day after they replaced the “thermostat “.
