「The Herondale has it made with their view alone, but they still go above and beyond throughout the rest of their property. The room is well appointed and the Salt & Stone products are wonderful. While I normally prefer a second story room, the first floor was excellent for getting to walk right out and enjoy the views from one of their many seating areas. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and even though we aren't robe people, used those too. Immediately told a few people about this must stay...

「When we first arrived we thought, what did we get ourselves into, however once we saw the room we were amazed. Very nice modern room with an amazing view. It felt like we were floating on the water. The only thing I would recommend is to have the windows washed. This would improve the view even more. Thank you Nick for your quick response to the questions we had. 「Talk about an amazing place to stay in Astoria. The view was gorgeous, looking out over the Columbia with nothing but the water and Washington across the bay to look at. Located close to downtown, but we still felt secluded with great privacy, right on the water. Excellent restaurants and a coffee shop downstairs. Nate was very responsive to requests and had recommendations for local places of interest. If you're looking for a private hideaway with all the updated amenities that is still close...
