“We really enjoyed our stay at Donna Domenica Boutique suites. We stayed 2 nights in the apartment suite and 2 nights in the penthouse suite. Both were fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend!”

“No parking affiliated with the property, not even a paid garage. No front desk, just WhatsApp. Staff logs off at 6pm. There is an emergency phone number where you can leave a voicemail but you can’t speak to a person. The water was shut off and I left several voicemails sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Expedia was very helpful but couldn’t reach them either. They helped me switch hotels at midnight and offered me compensation so that I didn’t have to pay extra for the second room. It’s a shame……

“Let me start off by saying this was a charming property with great amenities and a comfy bed. The area is cute and filled with historic and newly-refurbished tulli, the quaint gnome-like structures the region is famous for. This property is located on a series of truly narrow, winding and confusing streets - even for walkers. We arrived in a car and man, poor choice on our part. Even outside the area parking was extremely limited and difficult. The staff was great about sending us detailed info……

“We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.”

“La photo ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité ; ambiance lugubre ; pas de chauffage à l'arrivée et il faut attendre 19h pour qu'il se mette en route. Aucun service, rien dans le réfrigérateur, une mini savonnette, pas de gel douche, ni champoing, serviettes usagées et grises, couette avec trous de cigarette. Accès à la chambre par un corridor encombré, serrure du corridor HS. Accueil lamentable, remise des cles et encaissement de la taxe de sejour et rien d'autre. La petsonne est repartie……

“I paid premium rates expecting the bathroom shown online, but the room we received was nothing like what was advertised. The actual bathroom was down a flight of stairs, separate from the toilet, with harsh lighting that made it feel like a dingy basement motel. There are no photos of this type of bathroom on the hotel’s own website, so there was no way to know what we were booking. Beyond that, the room had electrical issues, incorrect WiFi details, dirty floors that left dust on luggage and……
