Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. “Surprised to find out there are three ensuite (3 washroom + 1 disable washroom) in the house. Originally the website stated only have 2 washroom. The environment was nice, facing the wine yards. It has a jacuzzi and bbq area which was nice to try. Overall the house was good for our families. And we tried the fine dining in the restaurant also - service & food was good. If there are more clothes hangers and hook for clothes - that will be great.”

A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. “Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!”
