Clean and bright. Well designed and well equipped. Supply of bathroom & cooking/cleaning products was really helpful. Nice to have some books/games. Great location for sea front and town. Would happily stay here again.

A perfect Napier stay

This home is perfect when staying in Napier. Clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The center of town is just a few minute drive away, and the beach is an easy walk. We'd stay here again.

The place was beautifully renovated, extremely clean and family friendly! The location is conveniently near everything and the beach is pretty near too! Will be coming back with the family again!

Great location historic Californian bungalow

Very welcoming, recently renovated with everything we needed and more and very reasonably priced. Quiet neighbours and handy to shops and Marine Parade. Beds a bit firm for our taste but overall very much enjoyed our stay.

A lovely 2 bedroom place close to downtown and 1 block from the ocean- could hear the ocean in the house. Very charming, Very clean- a lovely cottage where we enjoyed 3 nights in February exploring the Napier area.

Lovely short stay

We really enjoyed our night at Magpie Cottage. Everything we needed there and a good shower, plus extremely snuggly sheets. Great to have a recycling bin to use as well. Nice street to go for a walk along and super handy to the beach.

Great little spot to use as home away from home

Family visit to Napier was enhanced by the perfect house to retreat to at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed Napier and my grandchildren asked when we would return…praise indeed.

Magpie Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Very well appointed and comfortable. My only recommendation would be regarding charging e bikes. This would be easier if power was in the wee garage. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Cute cottage with everything you need. Modern kitchen and bathrooms and lovely decor. A great base location for a stay in Napier. Close to the parade, shops and easy to get on the road to Hastings, Havelock etc.

Nice cottage in good location

We had a great three nights stay here. Nice deco and funishing. Comfy beds. It's very clean and has all we need. Nice walk to town center if you're keen, or very short drive. Highly recommend.

Welcoming and fresh!

Magpie Cottage was clean and newly renovated with lots of windows and great high ceilings. So roomy and comfortable. Just a short stroll to the beach. All in all a lovely place to stay!!
