Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing from start to finish with numerous issues. 1. The check in information could be much clearer. A WhatsApp video is not ideal as if you can't load the video due to poor internet. The video and accompanying message confused what could have been simple step by step instructions 2. After a late check-in we had ingredients for dinner but the gas hob wouldn't light so couldn't eat. The host replied with information that wasn't helpful and then went silent. The gas was repaired in the morning but this was too late3. The misleading photos gave the impression of a private terrace leading directly out from the studio but this outside area had sheets and towels hanging on it for most of the first day. This was also resolved after being flagged but another 5 apartments had direct access to the area in the listing photographs and it is accessed up ten or so steps that are uneven and tricky to negotiate On day 2 the AC unit in the living area broke but the owner refused to address this saying that the AC in the bedroom was sufficient for the surface area. But Pula was in the midst of a major heatwave at the time and the apartment was unbearable. It remained unfixed.
