Amazing villa

We stayed in octuber one week and enjoyed the lovely house, garden and pool. The house is very clean, nice furnished, every room is spacious and has an own bathroom. There are three towels for every guest included. The owner lives next door and is very kind. Beach, bakery or Pula city center are just a few minutes away.

Superb property

Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices.

A Nice Place in Pula

We stayed in this house for two weeks and it was a pleasant experiences. The house is clean and well kept and matched the description. Each room has their own bathroom, which is convenient when you are in the pool and at the beach most days. No waiting for other people. The pool is nice and very well kept, the owner was nice and didn't bother you often which was nice. You can tell he has invested time and money into the rental place. Lighting in the house is nice, some rooms feel really bright, I would suggest he swap over to warmer bulbs in a couple areas, but the house is clean and organized. FYI The beds are firm in a couple of the rooms, I used some extra cushioning for better sleep. Overall it was a great place to spend our family vacation. It's outside the city by like 5-min, so that's perfect if you like nature sounds once you get home.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Strand mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Villa war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei kleinen Kindern und sowohl der Pool, als auch der Jacuzzi ein Highlight. Super praktisch ist das Duschbad, welches vom Poolbereich erschlossen ist. Da können die Kinder nass rein, um auf die Toilette zu gehn. Wir haben viel gegrillt und auch die KÌche gut genutzt. Der Ìberdachte Freisitz ist super.

Das Haus ist sehr gerÀumig und bietet viel Platz fÃŒr mehrere Personen. Der Aufenthalt war Top und wir konnten uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden falls wir Inspiration fÃŒr AusflÃŒge brauchten oder Fragen zur Unterkunft hatten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 30 min.) auch SupermÀrkte sind genÃŒgend in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub in Istrien

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr Freundlich und unkompliziert Empfangen. Ein ausfÃŒhrlicher Rundgang Durch das sehr saubere moderne Haus und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Perfekt, alles sehr ordentlich und wie beschrieben. Wenn was gefehlt hatte wurde es sofort vom Vemieter bereitgestellt. Wenn es sonstige Fargen gegeben hatte wie z. B. Busverbindung, oder weitere Anliegen wurden diese gleich beantwortet. Die Familie und Kristijan sind sehr freundlich. Noch nie gesehen das eine Unterkunft so gereinigt war dafÃŒr mÃŒsste es noch mehr als 5 Sterne geben. FÃŒr den Strand und zum Einkaufen(Lidl, Kaufland usw.) ist ein PKW empfelenswert. Urlaub in Stinjan

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemÌtlich mit jeweils sehr schönen und modernen BÀdern. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist in den Hang gebaut, so dass ein Schlafzimmer,Bad und eine extra KÌche im Souterrain untergebracht sind. Der Fitness Raum befindet sich auch im Souterrain. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Nebenan ist noch ein kleiner aber feiner Tennisclub. Einfach rÌber zum Club gehen und nach Mio fragen.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach top. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmack-voll. Wir waren fÃŒnf Erwachsene mit Hund und haben uns sofort wohl gefÃŒhlt. Der sehr schöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dort gab es immer genÃŒgend ParkplÀtze. Der Pool und der Whirlpool - einfach klasse! Kristijan, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über Whatsapp ist er immer erreichbar gewesen. FÃŒr uns ein rundum erholsamer und toller Urlaub. Wir kommen nÀchstes Jahr wieder!

Tolles Haus

Alles was man braucht als Familie. Tolle Lage - nur 5 min zum Strand per Auto Aufmerksamer, netter Vermieter. Achtung: die Betten sind ziemlich hart, wer das nicht mag, könnte Probleme mit der Unterkunft haben. Wir mögen das. Leider nur Holzkohlegrill und keinen Strom an der Feuerstelle fÌr einen Föhn beispielsweise, um die Kohle anzufachen. Der Vermieter hat uns auf Nachfrage umgehend eine VerlÀngerungsschnur zur VerfÌgung gestellt. War dann ok. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir (4 Erwachsene mit Hund) waren Mitte Mai fÃŒr 2 Wochen in der wunderbaren Villa Lorin. Es ist an Sauberkeit nicht zu ÃŒbertreffen und war durch den riesigen Garten und dem anschließenden Wald auch fÃŒr unsere Hunde absolut genial. Die Entfernungen zum Meer, Einkaufen und Restaurants waren mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten erledigt, zu Fuß das Ganze in ca. 25 Minuten. Lieber Kristijan, vielen Dank fÃŒr unseren perfekten Urlaub.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und durchdacht und sauber. WohnrÀume mit Klimaanlage (kÃŒhlen/heizen), BÀder mit Fußbodenheizung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass jedes Zimmer ÃŒber ein eigenes modernes Bad verfÃŒgt. WaschkÃŒche, extra Dusche/Toilette im Poolbereich, beheizbarer Pool, Whirlpool, ÃŒberdachter Grillplatz, gut eingerichteter Fitnessraum, großes GrundstÃŒck, alles einfach super! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, auch hinsichtlich unserer SonderwÃŒnsche fÃŒr die Ausrichtung einer Geburtstagsfeier. Hier nochmal herzlichen Dank dafÃŒr. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, etwas abseits. Da kommt es darauf an, wie man seinen Aufenthalt gestalten will. Eine Grillbar ist ca. 10 Minuten und das nÀchste Restaurant ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß mindestens 30...40 Minuten. Mit dem Auto ist natÃŒrlich alles kein Problem.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise fÃŒhlten wir uns bei der Gastgeberfamilie Bencic gut aufgehoben, wurde doch jede Frage und auch der Wunsch nach einer frÃŒheren Anreise prompt beantwortet und möglich gemacht. Das Haus entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung in der Anzeige, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und picobello sauber. Die Lager in einem kleinen Stadtteil von Pula ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig, es sind einige große SupermÀrkte in der NÀhe und die Anbindung an die Autobahn und das Stadtzentrum von Pula ist super. Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor dem Tor an der Straße, sehr praktisch wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Bencic, wir kommen sicher gerne mal wieder!
