In a quiet residential area of Pula, you will find this beautiful flat, ideal for a holiday away from the noise of the city. It is located halfway between the centre and the beaches - the surrounding towns such as Medulin, Banjole and Premantura are also within easy reach. The building itself has recently been completed and the flat is fully equipped. The living room is directly connected to the roofed balcony, which invites you to stay - there is also a parking place available for the guests.
The distance from the object to the beach is 3 km and the distance to the centre is 2 km. The nearest grocery shop is located 200 metres from the holiday property. In 200 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
