Wir haben als Gruppe mit acht Personen vom 5.

Wir haben als Gruppe mit acht Personen vom 5.08.2023 bis 15.08.2023 die Villa Zafirah gemietet. Als Erstes die positiven Dinge: - die Villa ist sehr groß und gut geschützt (Alarmanlage, hoher Mauern, elektrisches Tor) - Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Outdoorküche und dazugehörigem Esstisch ist wunderbar. Es sind 6 Liegestühle und eine Hängematte vorhanden. Alles wirkt sehr modern. Außerdem befindet sich eine Gartendusche und zwei große Sonnenschirme direkt am Pool. - Es sind genug Handtücher vorhanden. - In der Villa befinden sich im Essbereich zwei Kühlschränke, sowie ein Kühlschrank im Outdoorbereich. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 - 20min zur Pula City Mall, mit dem Auto sind es nur ca. 2min. Es gibt allerdings auch ein paar negative Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind: - Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erstmal den Outdoorkühlschrank reinigen und auslüften lassen, da er total nach Fisch roch. - In der Villa steht keine Nespressomaschine, sondern eine Nescafé (wichtig, wenn man seine Kapseln mitbringt) - Eine Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnraum im Haupthaus vorhanden. - Der Vorraum (laut Bilder im Internet „Fitnessraum“) im Gästehaus ist aktuell leider eher eine Abstellkammer für die Sitz-/ Liegeauflagen. Er wirkt sehr ungemütlich und dadurch auch nicht wirklich nutzbar. - Ein Nachbar der Villa hatte 3 Abende von ca 21:30 Uhr bis nach Mitternacht ein Stromaggregat laufen, welches direkt neben einem Fenster unserer Schlafzimmer stand. Wir haben daraufhin den Vermieter der Villa kontaktiert und darum gebeten das Problem zu lösen. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und ab diesem Tag war dann Ruhe (bis auf das Hundegebell). Wer wirklich absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte sich eher ein Objekt ohne Nachbarn und ohne stark befahrene Straße suchen. Alles in Allem war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Zafirah sehr genossen.

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit insgesamt 6 Personen in der Villa Zafirah. Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit herrlicher Privatsphäre. Alles sehr geräumig mit einem tollem Pool. Die Bilder der Homepage entsprechen den Tatsachen. Das zusätzliche Haus wird leider als Abstellraum benutzt. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt könnte dieses Haus besser genutzt werden. Eine Klimaanlage dafür wäre wünschenswert. Der Außenbereich mit der Küche ist klasse, jedoch müsste dort ein neuer Gasgrill besorgt werden. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir würden diese Villa sofort wieder mieten.
