「Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do...

「The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area not close at all to any tourist attractions. There is also no public transportation in Penang. The room is okay, but every time I try to use hot water for showering or from the sink in the bathroom, I have to let the tap run for at least 10 minutes before the water becomes hot. Not only does this waste water, it is extremely inconvenient for guests who are on a tight schedule. The sink in the bathroom also leaks water, and I had...
