“The stay was amazing! The space was super ample and enough for a family of 5. Would intro my friends to this property. I also accidentally locked myself out and they managed to rectify this issue swiftly! Kudos to them!”

“Spacious amd clean two bedroom apartment for 6 of us (with two elementary school-going children). Everything works well from wifi, electronics, water heater and aircons. Location was great as it's just 5-10 mins drive from central Malacca with many great dining options nearby. Will consider staying again next time.”

The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.”

The air conditioner is Mitsubishi, the microwave is Sharp, and there’s even a water filtration system that provides hot drinking water. Outside, there’s a Midea washing machine. Overall, everything is very clean, and so far I haven’t found any shortcomings. ”

It is just a bit confused at the beginning that Casa Del Rio is a hotel, but Casa Del Rio Residence is another building located next to the hotel, with no reception - so please do read the check-in instruction sent via WhatsApp carefully, as there's no reception available to help you to check-in/out. ”
