“A delightful cabin getaway with a gorgeous view of a private fishing lake. We enjoyed making fires and taking walks in the back. The cabin was clean and quiet, and evenings were not spooky with all the outdoor lighting around the place at night. Would love to return!”

“Although the cottage we rented was not available due to a plumbing issue, the owner of this rental honored our booking and provided an alternative and upgraded (larger with more space, rooms, and bathrooms) homestay that was adjacent to the cottage. “Philip and Krista's home is so cute and perfectly updated, while still keeping the character of a cottage. We stayed for a weekend in the fall so it was a bit chilly in the bathroom and bunk house, but the hosts left us everything we needed to stay warm and were easy to get a hold of for anything we needed. The location is gorgeous and the property is so charming!”

“Property is clean. Large space. We have stayed at kingfisher cove several times. It use to be where they would have wood for us for the fireplace and communication was with a human. They now use AI for communication and they no longer leave wood. The ice maker doesn’t work- just a note. For the price and the distance from going to town etc we will be checking out other options for our next stay.”

“We brought my father in law to Saugatuck for his birthday. The property was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub was a great amenity. My 17year old caught a bass. We went to the Saugatuck state park which was beautiful and very close. The property is very close to downtown where we shopped and had great meals! Everything was truly perfect!”

“We've stayed in this development before, and LOVE the location! The property was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Really appreciated the family room set up with comfortable seating for a group! Beach chairs and umbrella were amazing! The beds are not great (which was a disappointment) and, personally, I would have loved to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Properties like this make vacationing easy! Thanks Dean & team!”
